How You Know Us

Bought a burger at Five Guys, paid for your car parking at Heathrow or a taxi in the Big Apple? Welcome to the Creditcall experience.

We develop payment software which connects parking and train station ticketing machines, mobiles, websites, and stores with a bank to process debit or credit card payments quickly, reliably and securely.

The payment industry moves quickly. Add to this the impact of changing technology such as the Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, which are all impacting the way we do business, and it is easy to see why Creditcall is in a period of rapid growth.

As such we are looking for passionate and ambitious talent, wanting to drive the development of our tech with a team of world pros.

A great place to work

A great place to work

Our open plan office is located at the heart of the vibrant and historic Bristol Harbourside with the best views in the city. We are just steps away from the recently opened Wapping Wharf Cargo 1 & 2 with lively coffee shops, bars, restaurants, street markets, parks and shops nearby, leaving you spoilt for choice.

A Close Knit Team

Our closely knit teams encourage collaboration and continuous learning. Not only does this allow for quick access to support when it is needed, but also the space to let your creative juices flow. This blend of collaboration, support, and freedom of creativity is what really allows every one of us to make a difference. With our flat structure everyone speaks to everyone and no one is thrown in at the deep end.

Many of us even like spending time together away from our desks whether it’s running around the Harbourside, playing games until the early hours, or enjoying an after-work beer (or cider) or two or three...

A close knit team

Without our people we wouldn’t be able to deliver world-class tech.

Meet Joe!

Joe is our Senior EMV Integration Support Engineer. Joe liaises with our customers all around the world and expertly supports them throughout the project process from their very first encounter of EMV to completing the integration of our Kernels. No matter the complexity of the question Joe is always happy to help and his EMV knowledge is remarkable. That's why we depend on him!

What Joe Says...

"I never felt I was dropped in the deep end and found I was supported when needed but also given responsibility to actually make a difference in the team."

Meet Harriet!

Harriet works as a Customer Integration Coordinator within our EMV team. Harriet liaises with our customers and our internal teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and steadily. Harriet has a fantastic aptitude for getting things done and was in fact promoted into this role in 2015.

What Harriet Says...

"The team has grown further since I started and I have been able to pass on my new knowledge to others too. We do lots of team outings including regular lunches out together, cinema nights, and also big all company events."

Meet Tom!

Tom Wilson, is one of our awesome Software Developers, working on ChipDNA Mobile and a bit of ChipDNAWin. He is part of a bigger development team that helps build the foundations on which Creditcall does its business.

What Tom Says...

"I was buddied up with a colleague who walked me through everything, so I wasn’t left to my own devices. It was great that there was always someone there to guide me through it as the payments world is very complex."
